Arizona CEAL Town Hall Series - COVID-19 and Mental Health: Regaining our Psychological Wellbeing.

This was session one of three discussing mental health topics specific to Black
and Brown members of our community. Our speakers and moderator talked about
strategies for improving mental, ways to bridge the conversation around mental
health with our families and friends, and shared what has changed in their own
practice as mental health professionals throughout the pandemic. We are
continually building our resource library through the kind recommendations of
our community partners and speakers. We invite you to subscribe to the Arizona
CEAL Community of Practice to receive weekly updates and access to our resource
library to share with friends, family and your community.
